Information provided on the Site regarding these services is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a formal binding contract for service delivery until a separate Client Service Agreement is executed offline.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KWILLS Media and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• KWILLS Media Assets: All original visual assets, including graphic designs, 3D animations, video files, audio tracks, proprietary logos, text, and code displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of KWILLS Media or are displayed with explicit permission from our respective clients.

• Third-Party Trademarks: This Site displays various third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names (including, but not limited to, software applications used in our workflow and social media platform icons). These trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their display on our Site is strictly for identification and informational purposes under nominative fair use and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by these third parties.

• Prohibited Use: You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, download, display, or transmit any part of our original portfolio or site code for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
